Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Germany and selected EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for more information.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Express Shipping (Germany): 1-2 business days

• EU Shipping: 3-8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders over 59€ qualify for free express shipping within Germany.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
