Return and Cancellation Policy

Your Right to Cancel

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. No specific reason is required to exercise this right.

Process for Returns

Once your cancellation is approved, you will need to return the items to the address provided above. Please note the following:

1. Returns must be shipped with a tracking code.

2. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

3. Items should be returned in their original condition and undamaged. Opened items are accepted as long as they are not damaged or visibly worn.

The return must be sent within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds

After we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. The refund will cover the cost of the returned products only and will not include the initial shipping fees.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund will be completed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please notify us promptly at contato@alemaozando.com.br. Cancellations are allowed until the order is dispatched.
